Nature's Way St. John's Wort is standardized to .3% Hypericin and contains both extract and herb to ensure optimal potency. St. John's Wort is not only used for its anti-depressant effects,  it is also recommended for nerve pain and stress reduction

DIRECTIONS & USE
Adults take 1 capsule 3 times per day.,
Use at least 1 week to see beneficial effects.,

CAUTIONS & NOTES
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV) or UV therapy.

Contra-indications:
  • Do not use this product if you are taking anti-cancer, antidepressant [e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)], cardiovascular, contraceptive medications, blood thinners, anti-HIV agents and/or medications to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications).
  • Known adverse reactions:
  • Stop use if hypersensitivity/ allergy occurs.
  • Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances, nausea, restlessness and/or headaches.
